The nose brings bright summer berries, raspberry ripple ice cream, and a soft floral rose character. On the palate, layers of strawberry jam, thick vanilla cream, and warm cinnamon buns unfold, with a hint of toffee crisp adding richness. The finish is fruity, sweet, and long, with lingering notes of orange blossom and fresh raspberries.

More than 5,000 whisky drinkers helped shape its character through our Whisky Matchmaker, pointing us towards summer fruits, vanilla cream and gentle spice. Bottled at 46% and made in small batches, Barley is a whisky to enjoy your way - as delicious sipped neat as it is shaken up in a Whisky Sour or stirred down in an Old Fashioned.

FANCY A COCKTAIL?
SPICED HONEY OLD FASHIONED
- 50ml The Heart Cut x BARLEY
- 10ml Spiced Honey Syrup*
- Dash Orange Bitters
- Dash Angustura Bitters
Stir all ingredients together in mixing glass. Add cubed ice, and stir until cold (30 seconds). Strain into rocks glass over a large block of ice and garnish with an orange twist.
*Infuse 100ml water with 1 small cinnamon stick, 3 slices fresh ginger, 1 orange peel & 2 lightly crushed cardamom pods on a low heat for 5 mins, then mix in 200ml of honey. Stir until combined. Use once cool.
