BARLEY is our love letter to English whisky — a blended malt bringing together single malt casks from five respected English distilleries, each contributing a distinct flavour fingerprint: honeyed malt, red berries and baking spice.
We created BARLEY to break down the barriers around English whisky and blended malt — transparent, flavour-forward and built for real drinking occasions, not dusty shelves.
Whether you're sipping it neat, shaking it up or stirring it down (recipes below) this is our house whisky - and hopefully now yours too.

A summer take on a Negroni, with BARLEY at its heart. And for those of you going "isn't this a Boulevardier?" - yes. Yes it is.
- 30ml The Heart Cut x BARLEY
- 30ml Dolin Chambéryzette
- 20ml Campari
Method: Stir over ice. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with a strawberry.
