Great additional gift for my husband - the tasting notes are perfect and this dram was delicious, smooth and sweet (maple syrup). I’ve not tried anything like it before. Love the playlist too!

The danish tasting note rang home for this one for sure. This was a winner all round and definitely one I’d have again. Again, the little playlist from the QR code is a lovely addition :)

Arrived today and was excited to see what you could do with a blend from 5 distilleries. Verdict, it’s a new string to your award winning bow! I expect to see this up receiving its own awards in the near future. Another winner from The Heart Cut.

Love! The creaminess with a big hit of sugar snap peas and vegetal notes is 10/10. Communication when difficulty with the courier delivery my order was also a great touch

This is definitely different as a Rye Whisky. A little sweeter than the Oxford Rye and not as harsh as most US versions….might just have to try a bottle and see how that goes!

This probably hits the spot best for me. There seems to be a little bit of a honeyed element initially and maybe hints of dark fruit in the mouth as it develops…

I have to say this is also excellent, but a little too easy to drink!

Fantastic dram - 100% agree though, it’s for those with a sweeter palette! (Like me - love a Bourbon). Think caramel/honey.

If you’re expecting anything else based on the description/tasting notes - I don’t know what to say.

I discovered the #04 M&H Distillery at the whisky festival in The Hague where my wife and I tasted it together. From the very first sip we were both completely sold. This Israeli single malt, matured in a pomegranate wine cask and bottled at 57 percent ABV, offers a genuinely unique whisky experience. On the nose we picked up wonderfully bright fruit such as pomegranate, baked plums and Medjool dates, all rich and inviting. The taste is luscious and indulgent with layers of salted caramel, cherry pie sweetness and dried fruit, wrapped in a thick and velvety mouthfeel. Despite its strength it is smooth and beautifully balanced, a dram you keep coming back to.

What makes it truly special is the story behind it. It is a limited edition single cask from the first distillery in Israel, finished in a wine cask that reflects the character of the region. This whisky does not only taste amazing, it also transports you. We are proud to have this bottle in our collection and recommend it to anyone who enjoys discovering distinctive world whiskies.
