THE BLEND IN 60 SECONDS
BARLEY is the first release in our three-part series celebrating the grains that shape whisky: Barley, Corn and Rye. This English blended malt brings together single malt casks from five respected English distilleries, each contributing a distinct flavour fingerprint - from honeyed malt and red berries to gentle smoke and baking spice.
We created Barley to break down barriers around English whisky and blended malt - transparent, flavour-forward and built for real drinking occasions, not dusty shelves.

FANCY A COCKTAIL?
SPICED HONEY OLD FASHIONED
- 50ml The Heart Cut x BARLEY
- 10ml Spiced Honey Syrup*
- Dash Orange Bitters
- Dash Angustura Bitters
Stir all ingredients together in mixing glass. Add cubed ice, and stir until cold (30 seconds). Strain into rocks glass over a large block of ice and garnish with an orange twist.
*Infuse 100ml water with 1 small cinnamon stick, 3 slices fresh ginger, 1 orange peel & 2 lightly crushed cardamom pods on a low heat for 5 mins, then mix in 200ml of honey. Stir until combined. Use once cool.

Single Malts are beloved across the world - Scotland naturally springs to mind.
But just below the border, England has built a whisky scene ready to rival any nation. Over 50 distilleries are now making whisky across the country, with a Geographical Indication on its way.
It’s a category reborn; after more than a century since the last English distillery fell silent in 1901, the new generation has brought whisky home.
Our English Blended Malt unites casks from five of the country’s most respected producers - Cotswolds, The English, White Peak, Copper Rivet and Adnams - into one small-batch blend.
And why a Blended Malt?
Because blending is where character meets creativity. We love the individuality of each single malt, but when you bring them together, you get something greater - a layered expression that tells the story of English whisky’s rise and a collaboration with some of the leading players in the game.
