Nestled in the rolling hills of the Cotswolds countryside, the Cotswolds Distillery has been capturing attention since its establishment in 2014. As a leading force in the burgeoning English Whisky movement, the distillery produces an elegant, fruity single malt that can easily rival any Speyside dram. And this cask does just that - we’re big fans!
OUR HALF + HEART RECOMMENDATION
Elegant and super fruity, we love pairing this whisky with beers that echo its bright, vibrant notes without overwhelming them.
Our go-tos are two Bristol beers! Good Chemistry’s Kokomo Weekday is sunshine and tropical fruit in a can, and for a high/low try Wiper + True’s AF Kaleidoscope Pale Ale. Both superb pairings!

Cotswolds Distillery helped kick-start the modern English whisky movement when it launched in 2014, quickly gaining a reputation for elegant, fruit-driven single malts. Set in the rolling countryside of the Cotswolds, the distillery focuses on long fermentations, careful cuts, and thoughtful cask selection to let the spirit shine.
