We weren’t kidding when we said this cask was elegant, fruity and creamy. Panna cotta and crème brûlée, toasted banana bread and crisp red apples, and candied pecans with a hint of lemon zest to finish - this whisky will put a smile on anyone’s face.

As a leading force in the burgeoning English Whisky movement, the distillery produces an elegant, fruity single malt that can easily rival any Speyside dram. And this cask does just that - we’re big fans!
OUR HALF + HEART RECOMMENDATION
Elegant and super fruity, we love pairing this whisky with beers that echo its bright, vibrant notes without overwhelming them.
Our go-tos are two Bristol beers! Good Chemistry’s Kokomo Weekday is sunshine and tropical fruit in a can, and for a high/low try Wiper + True’s AF Kaleidoscope Pale Ale. Both superb pairings!
