FLAVOUR DEEPDIVE
This cask opens with an unexpected hit of green pepper and fresh jalapeño - bright, savoury, and full of energy. Roasted coffee notes follow, like walking past your favourite café mid-morning, softened by the gentle sweetness of poached pears. The finish turns creamy and comforting, with white chocolate matcha and the familiar crunch of Hob Nobs bringing everything back into balance. Strange, yes, but also deeply satisfying.

This malt celebrates the many parallels between brewing and distilling, which we love! It’s a total hybrid between the two, starting as a 100% malted barley coffee stout and finishing as a super distinctive malt. An outlier that’s just so interesting and can’t help but keep going back to.
