TASTING NOTES
This cask opens delicately, with dried chamomile and soft floral notes giving way to ripe stone fruit and juicy mango. A rich core of apricot jam follows, before the finish settles into toasted brioche and creamy caramel-chocolate sweetness. It’s layered, surprising, and far more elegant than you’d ever expect from something this experimental.

From a production standpoint, it’s absolutely unique - an unprecedented combination of malted barley and both hops and bay added as hot-side aroma additions during brewing.
