Patrick van Zuidam's dream was always to create his own whisky. Coming from a Genever company, distilling was in his blood. And as soon as he entered the family company, he fulfilled the dream. The result: the first Dutch whisky - Millstone. His meticulous attention to detail in creation also comes through with his cask usage. A lover of wine, this smoky single malt, fully matured in an Amarone Wine Cask, is just exceptional.
