Delivery and returns

Delivery Times 

Firstly - thanks for purchasing from us! We use DPD standard next-day service for all UK deliveries and pack and ship every day during the week, meaning you should have your bottles in under 4 days (hopefully sooner!). You’ll receive tracking information via email. 

DPD will attempt a delivery up to 3 times; if your delivery fails and your order is returned to us we’ll need to re-charge you for shipping a second attempt.

  • Orders under £100 : £4.50
  • Orders over £100 : Free

Delivery Delays 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 working days please contact us at hello@theheartcut.com and start your subject line with ‘Where’s my bottle:’ 

International Shipping 

Head over to The Whisky Exchange which offers international shipping on all bottles, including ours!

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us if the item is damaged or if you’ve received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the situation and make things right. If this happens please email us at hello@theheartcut.com and start your subject line with ‘Something’s Wrong’ 

Returns Policy 

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a refund. To do this, email us at hello@thehearcut.com and start your subject line with ‘Return:’ We’ll then send you instructions on how and where to send your item. Items must be returned to us in the same condition that you received them, unused and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

As a small business, we’re unable to cover the cost of returns postage so we ask that you send it back to us using tracked postage, and always ensure you obtain proof of postage. Once received, we’ll check the item over and issue a refund within 1 - 3 working days. 

We regret that a refund can only be provided for items received by us. This does not affect your statutory rights. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
