FAQs
Does it auto-renew or charge them later?
No. It's a one-off, prepaid gift. When the months you've bought run out, it simply ends. No card of theirs is ever saved, and there's nothing for them to cancel.
When will it arrive?
You add their address at checkout and we deliver straight to their door. All orders are delivered in the second week of the following month of ordering e.g. if you order in June, it will arrive in the second week of July.
Can I add a message?
Yes - add it at checkout and we'll include a note in their first delivery, so they know exactly who it's from.
What if they already get the Club?
No worries - we'll simply pause their payment for as long as the gift you've purchased dictates e.g. 3 or 6 months
What do they actually get in month one?
