TASTES LIKE
One that's sure to put a smile on everyone's face! The luscious sweetness of ripe apricots is intertwined with the creamy richness of a vanilla custard Danish. Bright notes of zesty lemon peel add a refreshing lift, while delicate almond flakes introduce a subtle nuttiness. The finish is elegantly dusted with icing sugar, leaving a light, sweet impression that lingers beautifully.

Our first small-batch collaboration – with none other than Louise McGuane of J.J. Corry!
We explored her renowned 'Warehouse of Flavours' to a whiskey drawn from four unique casks that capture the full spectrum of Irish whiskey styles - Pot Still, Grain, and Single Malt. Two were fully matured in Oloroso and PX sherry casks, while the other two were finished in Oloroso and Pajarete casks. The result is a richly layered, perfectly balanced whiskey that epitomizes the forward-thinking spirit of modern Irish whiskey.

We blended this whiskey with brightness and vibrancy in mind, so any beer pairing should dial up those same sunny, fruit-forward notes.
