A heather-smoked Danish single malt from Stauning, finished in an ex-Madeira cask for layered sweetness and smoke. Expect evocative beach bonfire and BBQ notes with sticky toffee pudding richness, balanced by gentle perfumed smoke and fruit-sweet undertones in a limited, terroir-driven expression.
#10 WIRE WORKS
A Derbyshire single malt from White Peak, fully matured in tawny port cask. Light smoke weaves through stewed plums, raspberry jam and cola sweetness, with savoury hints of burnt ends and bacon frazzles. Juicy, smoky and winter-warming — a bold, characterful take on English whisky.
#17 LOCHLEA
A single cask Lowland single malt from Lochlea, matured in an ex-Islay cask for a softer, sweeter style of smoke. Think baked apples, creamy hazelnut and sherbet brightness, layered with delicate, cask-derived smoke. Elegant and nuanced, it’s a refined introduction to smoky whisky without the medicinal edge.

Manuka-smoked and matured in an ex-bourbon cask, this New Zealand single malt delivers resinous wood smoke, bright citrus sweetness and a hint of tropical fruit - a whisky that could only come from Aotearoa.
