#10 White Peak - a lightly peated single malt from White Peak Distillery, Derbyshire, fully matured in a Tawny Port Cask.
#17 Lochlea - from Lochlea Distillery in Scotland comes this lightly smoked single malt matured in an ex-Islay cask.
#20 Westland - a single cask, American Single Malt from Seattle's Westland Distillery, uniquely smoked using local Washington State Peat.

#10 WIRE WORKS
White Peak Distillery in Derbyshire, the makers of Wire Works whisky, creates a lightly smoked, super fruity whisky, and when fully matured in a tawny port cask…wow. If ever a whisky was a winter warmer - this would be it.
It’s smoky and sweet, juicy and savoury - an explosion of burnt ends, smoked blackberries and scorched strawberry jam. With all of that going on in each sip, how could we not!
#17 LOCHLEA
Lochlea has always had a sweet spot in our hearts - an independent, family-owned farm distillery that grows all of its own barley, quietly producing one of the most elegant spirit styles in Scotland. And then we tasted this single cask.
Matured in an ex-Islay cask, it delivers smoke, but not how you know it. There’s no peat in the malt. Instead, this is cask-derived smoke: softer, sweeter, and layered, more like smoked Maldon sea salt sprinkled over vanilla ice cream (yum!) than a medicinal thump of TCP. That nuance, that elegance, that balance - it’s what made this cask stand out.
#20 Westland
Distilled in the heart of Seattle and smoked with local Washington State peat, this American Single Malt is a little tropical, a little briny, and full of character. It’s also the first-ever solo cask from Westland’s local-peat programme released outside their award-winning Solum range.
Smoky, savoury, and layered with sweetness, it’s a whiskey that carries the wild, rugged energy of the Pacific Northwest - and with just 306 bottles, a fleeting opportunity to taste the region in a glass.
