Our first small-batch Irish whiskey, created with J.J. Corry, and matured across Oloroso, PX and Pajarete casks for a style that’s rich, welcoming, and beautifully balanced. This whiskey was also awarded two stars at the Great Taste 2025 awards.
#12 NC'NEAN
A single cask, organic Scottish single malt finished in a Madeira cask with rich, alluring notes of rum raisin ice cream, stone fruit and a citrus lift - bold, smooth, very sippable and awarded 1 star at the Great Taste Awards 2025.
#16 FIELDEN
